Terms and Conditions

Each customer will be considered to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions once they open an account with KP Logistics Limited. We also advise account holders to examine the terms and conditions on a regular basis to stay informed of any potential updates. After completing the registration process, each customer will receive our U.S.A. mailing address and a unique mailbox number, where products should always be mailed
If your shipping address is incomplete, you risk being charged for using an erroneous address or having your goods sent to the wrong recipient. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the merchant properly packages their items for shipping to ensure safe delivery and prevent harm to people, property, or the item.

Frequently Asked Questions

Packages are updates in batches. Once a package has been delivered at the warehouse house , it takes up to 24 hours or by the end of the next day to be updated on the system. If two days have passed and you haven’t received and update , please contact us asap. Also please to double check your address information.

Once delivered at our US address before 2pm your package is expected to arrive in Jamaica within 1 to 3 business days.

KP Logistics has to declare to Jamaica customs the contents and value of each package entering the country through our service. If invoices are not provided, this will result in delays at customs and there is the possibility that the customs officer inspecting the shipment will assign a higher value to your package.

To avoid paying custom duties please ensure that your package value/cost stay below $100usd.

Packages valued at $150 USD or more, or weighing 20 lbs and above, must be collected within 2 business days before storage fees apply.

For other soft or lightweight packages, collection must occur within 5 days once the package is ready for pickup or delivery.

Storage fee cost:

  • Soft packages: 200 JMD per day
  • Single boxes (large boxes): 350 JMD per day


Please note that storage fees are added each day, including holidays.

Packages left unclaimed after 10 days of storage will be considered abandoned and subject to auction. Claimed packages that remain uncollected for up to a month may also be auctioned to recover freight charges and local clearance fees.

If you have multiple packages ready the first set of ready packages would have to be collected first before others can be released.

We do not accept packages that are shipped without the registered name and correct mailbox number for security reasons. Signing up for our service is free, and the mailbox number you receive should be kept confidential. All packages must match the registered name, and a valid government ID is required upon pickup.
Please note that failure to register and use our Shipping address or use someone else mailbox number will result in an administrative fee of JMD $1,500 (subject to change at any time).

All packages coming through Jamaica Customs are opened and inspected by a customs officer to verify that the invoice matches the contents of the package. They are then resealed using cello tape.

Unknown packages refer to shipments that do not include the courier code in the address. To avoid this, it's crucial to ensure that all address details are provided, including the courier code (e.g., KP Logistics) and the corresponding number given by the company. If a package is missing this information, it will be classified as 'Wrong address’ please note that if package is misplaced or lost we will not be held liable.

Process of identification
Packages that are not labelled correctly are deemed as unfit to accept and the warehouse holds the right to refuse or discard of packages being delivered with the incorrect, wrong or. incomplete address. If your package is missing the courier code (e.g., KP Logistics) and the corresponding number given by the company, we would have to conduct an investigation to locate same. we would need the following:
Proof of delivery, tracking number, name on package and date allegedly delivered.

Upon conducting our investigation, if the package is located, a fee of $350 will be charged to retrieve same and have it shipped in the next cycle. If the package is not located, the warehouse nor the company will be held responsible for the refund of said package.

Packages with weights not listed on the rate chart will be rounded up to the next rate. For example: A package weighing 1.2lbs will charged as 2lbs.

If any package is stolen or misplaced while under our care before the storage fee is incurred, you will receive a refund via the payment details provided during purchase or through your bank statement. If the item was purchased at a discounted price, you will be refunded the discounted amount paid, rather than the original cost.

Please be aware that when shipping TVs and fragile items, you do so at your own risk ⛔️.Kindly note that one of our warehouse policies is that we do not inspect televisions, so we cannot verify if they were damaged during transit by the carrier. However, we offer a special wrapping service and inspection for TVs upon request at an additional cost. Please inquire for further details."

Please note that when shipping TVs and other fragile items, you do so at your own risk ⛔. We have a policy in our warehouse where we do not inspect televisions, making it difficult for us to verify if any damage occurred during transit by the carrier. However, we do provide a special wrapping service and inspection for TVs upon request, available at an extra cost. Feel free to reach out for more information. How are unknown packages managed? Unknown packages refer to shipments lacking the courier code specified in the address. It's essential to include all address information, including the courier code (e.g., KP Logistics) and its corresponding number provided by the customer or shipper. Packages missing this information will be categorized as 'Unknown.

All invoices must be submitted before packages arrive in Jamaica for clearance. Failure to submit or complete an invoice will result in the package being held uncleared until an invoice or completed invoice is provided. In such cases, an administrative fee of $1000 JMD per trip will be charged for additional services rendered.”

Yes you do. You`re invoice must have; tracking number, payment details and description of items in payment with cost breakdown.

Once package is delivered it takes up to 24 hours to be updated on your account. If not updated with in 36 hours, please reach out to us.

Storage Fees: After 5 days, storage fees will apply:
- Small Packages:$200 JMD per day.
- Single Packages (e.g., boxes): $350 JMD per day.
- Note: Storage fees are applicable even on holidays.
